Praktická ukázka C-ITS Brno

The company Brněnské komunikace a.s. within the pan-European C-ROADS project, focused on building urban C-ITS (cooperative intelligent transport systems, in which data exchange between vehicle-vehicle and vehicle-infrastructure take place) on selected backbone roads. The system will warn the driver, for example, of the STOP signal on a traffic light or warn against of driving another vehicle to the red light, it also ensures the preference of public transport and IRS vehicles.
